Lost 2 inches around waist. The book has given good suggestions on eliminating body fat. Went from 34 inch waist to a 32. My goal is a 30 inch waist. I'm 5'2"

Having read loads of books on fat loss, I found this book to be written in an easy to follow, step by step approach, which I can put into action immediately, from what to eat, to what exercises to perform. The reader comes across as honest and dependable, a must read.
This is an outstanding book, it is inspiring and at the same time it lays out a workout plan for me.
I learned so much from this book, I was doing my workout so wrong before I read this book, no wonder I wasn't getting the results I wanted!! After a couple weeks I have seen better results!!

This book combines excellent fat loss advice with great psychology to get results. I found the recommended exercises excellent and the focus on habits powerful to become healthier. Ken also has useful tips on when to schedule exercise and eating so that they're optimal. Great advice from a guy who knows his stuff, yet makes it very approachable for everybody.
Thank you Ken, for writing this book! It really got me fired up, ready to to set sail and finally put myself first for once. It's time for ME to shine! And i know i can do it. You gave me better understanding of what my true goal with my weight loss journey is, for that i am grateful. Loved the exercise -) I highly recommend this book. Great read!
I found this book to be a great read, especially for beginners. It's very practical, concise, and thorough. If you have a goal of weight loss and have no working knowledge of fitness, start here. Ken gives you a step-by-step system that's easy to understand and follow. I've been heavily involved in fitness for over 18 years myself, and I can tell that Ken is a professional who knows what he's talking about. Definitely worth the buy!
